Instructions
- Take the 1 pound of chicken breast and cut it into strips about 3/4 of an inch wide.
- In one of your small bowls, put the 1 cup of flour, 5 teaspoons of italian seasoning, 7 teaspoons of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper. In the other small bowl, whisk the 1 egg in with the 2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce.
- In your skillet, place your 1 tablespoon of olive oil and heat on medium high heat on the stove top.
- Place your strips of chicken into the egg mixture, and then into your flour mixture. When the skillet is hot and the consistency of the oil has became more liquid, place the dredged chicken into the skillet to begin frying. Fry for 3 to 6 minutes on each side.
- When the chicken is golden brown, move it onto a plate covered with a paper towel.
